🏭 Production Operatives - Immediate Starts

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy recycling and production facility, offering ongoing work with immediate starts available.

🔧 About the Role

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding production role. Your main duties will include:

• Handling and processing plastic containers and bottles
• Sorting and monitoring recyclable materials
• Operating production and recycling machinery
• Feeding materials into production lines
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Regular manual handling and lifting of products and materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures
• General warehouse and production duties

⏰ Working Hours

12-hour rotating shifts:

🌙 Nights: 18:00 - 06:00
☀️ Days: 06:00 - 18:00

Shift Pattern:

• 2 night shifts
• 2 days off
• 3 day shifts

💰 Pay

• £12.71 per hour
• Weekly PAYE pay

👷 What We're Looking For

• Reliable, hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with physically demanding work, including regular lifting and standing for long periods
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Able to work efficiently in a busy production environment
• Good attention to detail
• A positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Previous warehouse or production experience is advantageous but not essential
