Production Operatives - Bridgwater (TA6)

4 on / 4 off | Weekly Pay | Long-Term Opportunities

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to work at a busy food production facility in Bridgwater (TA6). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking consistent full-time hours on a structured rotating shift pattern.

Shift Pattern

4 on / 4 off rotation

• 2 day shifts: 06:00 - 18:00
• 2 night shifts: 18:00 - 06:00

This pattern provides regular rest days and a predictable schedule.

Pay Rates

• £12.71 per hour (first 12 weeks)
• Post April AWR rate to be confirmed, currently £15.63ph
