The Best Connection are proud to advertise an exciting new opportunity for a Production Operative to join a small but established company based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. We are looking for a switched on candidate who thrives in hands on, physical work in a fast paced environment.

The key duty of this role is getting materials ready from start to finish which includes aspects of manufacturing and production. This is a temporary to permanent position based on a successful trial period.

Production duties includes:

• Moving equipment and components - heavy and physical
• Feeding materials in to a machine
• Paint spraying
• Quality checking
• Assisting with wrapping and strapping materials ready to be despatch

Requirements:

• Team player
• Must be able to lift over 20kg due to the nature of the role
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Previous production/factory experience ideal

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Pay: £11.44 per hour
