The Best Connection are searching for experienced Production Operatives to uphold our client’s renowned high standards and quality. They are a leading and successful printing company based in Bognor Regis, close to public transport links.

We are looking for a reliable candidate who is interested in ongoing work with the potential of being permanent. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is key to this role. Previous machine operating experience would be advantageous but not essential. 

You must be prepared to be hands on with learning – training is provided for the right candidates.

You will have the opportunity to learn aspects of book making from feeding the machines, binding, using guillotines to cut books to size and printing - from the first steps right through to the finished article.

Rotating shifts:

•          6am – 2pm
•          2pm – 10pm
•          10pm – 6am             

Pay: £11.92 per hour increasing to £12.14 after 12 weeks
