• Position: PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
• Location: LAUNCESTON
• Days of Work: Monday to Friday
• Hours of Work: 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 (Rotating weekly)
• Rate of Pay: £12.00ph rising to £14.07ph after training (normally 12 weeks)
• Overtime: £18.00ph rising to £21.10 after training and paid after 40 hours per week have been worked

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operate production equipment, surface preparation, coating equipment, oven and furnaces and test equipment. Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in the manufacturing process. Collaborate with a passionate team to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain accurate production records and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a benefit but training will be given. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ream-oriented setting. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as needed.
