We are currently looking for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Morecambe.

Working hours and days are Monday to Friday, rotating every four weeks between AM (6AM-2PM), PM (2PM-10PM) and night shift (10PM-6AM). 

The ideal applicant will have experience within a production environment, have a good eye for detail, and be able keep up with targets. The job is to manufacture and assemble company products in line with customer orders to ensure the highest quality and standards. 

Key duties 

• To achieve daily production targets 
• Follow manual handling procedures 
• Follow risk assessments and complete quality checks 
• Co-operate with line management.
• Adhere to the company’s processes and procedures.

• Good organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willing to work as team player
• Good physical strength and dexterity
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
• Excellent verbal communication.
