PRODUCTION OPERATIVES NEEDED! 

The Best Connection is now recruiting for Production Operatives to join our prestigious client in Banbury! No experience required—full training provided!

We’re looking for candidates with a great work ethic who are ready for ongoing opportunities with the potential for permanent positions after a successful trial period.

Pay Rate:

• £11.44/hour
• 3 on, 3 off rotating shifts (Days & Nights)
• Overtime available at time and a half!

Shift Hours:

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1-hour unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for quality and defects
• Assist with machine operation, following safety guidelines
• Move materials within the warehouse
