The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our prestigious client in Banbury!
No previous experience needed as full training will be given. Our client is looking for General Operative candidates with an excellent attitude towards work, with ongoing positions that may lead to permanent positions following a successful trial period.
Pay Rate for Production Operatives:
- 3 on 3 off £11.44 ph
- rotating shift days & nights
- Overtime available paid time and a half!!!
Hours of work for Production Operatives:
- 7.00 - 19.00 / 19.00 - 7.00 (1 hour unpaid break)
- 44 hours a week before overtime
Duties of Production Operatives:
- Inspecting products for defects and deviations from quality standards.
- Assisting with machine operation whilst always adhering to safety guidelines.
- Supporting the movement of materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
