We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Waterlooville.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Assisting in the manufacture of products

• Packing finished goods

• Operating machinery

• Loading stock and materials into machines

• Carrying out quality checks

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential

Shift Pattern:

• Early Shift: 06:00 - 13:00

• Late Shift: 13:00 - 20:00

• Monday to Friday

Pay:

• £12.50 per hour
