We are recruiting a Production Operative for a specialist manufacturer of aluminium window frames, starting in February 2026. This is a workshop-based role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting and drilling components into frames
• Using hand and power tools accurately and safely
• Assisting with unloading deliveries when required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

• Previous fabrication or workshop experience preferred
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to assist with unloading deliveries
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

What's on Offer:

• £12.21 per hour
• Day shifts only, Monday to Friday
• Early finish at 15:30
• Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate
