Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 | Pay: £12.75/hr

We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Kineton. The business specialises in producing high-quality chemical and ingredient solutions for industries including food, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured production environment.

In this role, you will perform specific, often repetitive tasks at a set pace, including assembling components, operating machinery, packaging products, or conducting quality control checks. Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety procedures are essential to ensure all products meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out production tasks efficiently and accurately

• Follow work instructions and quality control procedures

Key Requirements:

• Experience in production, warehouse, or a similar hands-on role (preferred)

• Comfortable standing for most of the shift and performing light manual handling

• Safety-first mindset with reliable timekeeping

• Own transport or access to a reliable lift is recommended due to the location
