What You'll Be Doing

As a Converting Operator, you'll be responsible for operating converting and slitting machinery, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

DUTIES

Operating converting and slitting machines

Monitoring production output and machine performance

Carrying out machine start-up and shutdown procedures

Packaging, labelling, and scanning finished products

Completing quality checks and production paperwork

Performing basic machine adjustments and fault finding

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Working towards productivity, quality, and waste reduction targets

Working Hours

You must be flexible to work rotating shifts:

🌞 Days: 06:00 - 18:00

🌙 Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

📚 Training Period: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

🔄 There may also be a requirement for weekend working, so flexibility is essential.
