What You'll Be Doing

As a Converting Operator, you'll be responsible for operating converting and slitting machinery, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

✅ Operating converting and slitting machines

✅ Monitoring production output and machine performance

✅ Carrying out machine start-up and shutdown procedures

✅ Packaging, labelling, and scanning finished products

✅ Completing quality checks and production paperwork

✅ Performing basic machine adjustments and fault finding

✅ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

✅ Working towards productivity, quality, and waste reduction targets

Working Hours

You must be flexible to work rotating shifts:

🌞 Days: 06:00 - 18:00

🌙 Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

📚 Training Period: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

🔄 There may also be a requirement for weekend working, so flexibility is essential.
