The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturer based in Twycross, specialising in the production and assembly of high-quality agricultural trailers, including cattle, bale, and horse trailers.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for long-term, stable employment. Full training is provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Operating machinery (full training provided)

• Metal bending and manipulation

• Assisting with the assembly of small components

• Quality checking and testing finished products

• Testing basic electrical components

• Following work instructions to assemble parts accurately

• General manual duties - must be comfortable with physical, hands-on work

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

Pay Rate

• £12.21 per hour
