We are currently recruiting a Production Operative on behalf of our client, a family-run company that produces, distributes, and installs fibreglass water storage tanks across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing and production environment, with potential for long-term work and full training provided.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will assist in the manufacturing process and general warehouse duties to ensure products are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Using hand or power tools safely

• Trimming or laminating fibreglass water tanks

• Working in spray booths

• Supporting warehouse duties

• Assisting with other general production tasks as required

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00

• Standard working hours 42.5 per week

• Overtime after 40 hours at £14 per hour

Pay

• £13.25 per hour
