The Best Connection is looking for reliable and hard-working Production Operatives for one of our clients in Shrewsbury.

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the production of bespoke concrete products, ensuring high-quality output and contributing to the smooth running of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building moulds and filling them with the mixed product
• Polishing finished products
• Manual handling of materials up to 25kg
• Using power and hand tools safely and effectively
• Following instructions and maintaining quality standards

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
• Friday: 07:30 - 15:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing role with the possibility of being offered a full-time position after successful completion of a trial period.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience working in a busy manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude and keen to learn
• Looking for an ongoing role

• Previous production experience is advantageous but not essential
• Own transport is required, as there is no public transport to the site
• Must be able to provide references
