Production Operative - Night Shift - Pontypool

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in the Pontypool area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing night shift work with a competitive hourly rate.

Job Details:

• 📍 Location: Pontypool
• 🕕 Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday
• ⏰ Hours: 18:00 - 06:00
• 💷 Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working as part of a production team in a fast-paced environment
• Operating machinery and production equipment (full training provided)
• Packing, labelling, and quality checking finished products
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work night shifts reliably and consistently
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
