Production Operative - Paint Finishing

We are currently looking for a Production Operative to join our team, working within the finishing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using small paint rollers to apply paint to finished products
• Ensuring a high-quality, consistent finish
• Preparing products prior to painting
• Inspecting completed work and reporting any defects
• Following health & safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to use small paint rollers or similar hand tools
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently to meet production targets
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
