Our client based in Tewkesbury requires Production / Manufacturing Operatives to join its team to produce top-of-the range shower trays. Various shift patterns available. Possibility of permanent positions following a successful trial period.

Working Hours & Rates of Pay:

The following rotating shifts are available:

• 06.00 – 14.00     Monday to Friday
• £11.44 per hour
• Attendance Bonus           £10 per week (based on full attendance and 100% timekeeping)
• Production Bonus            £20 per week (subject to total factory output)

Main Duties:

To work on production lines:

• Pouring measured amounts of resin-based liquids into moulds
• Capping filled moulds in the correct manner to ensure proper curing
• Removing caps from finished moulds and inspecting product quality
• Trimming completed products, drilling any holes and adding fixings if required
• Using automated machinery to wrap and pack finished goods
• Job functions will be rotated throughout the shift to provide variety and skills acquisition

General Information:

• The majority of heavy lifting is handled by machine (full training provided) but there are some duties which will involve some heavy and repetitive manual handling
