Quality Controller/Production Op - PM shift

Immediate Start Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Working in partnership with Mölnlycke Healthcare in Oldham, The Best Connection can offer local candidates an attractive job role as a Quality Controller/Production Operative.

Strong recent work history is required with checkable references, this is essential to apply.

These roles are fast paced and require attention to detail with strong numeric and literacy skills.

Pay & Benefits:

• £12.21 - 1.45pm-9.45pm shift (rising to £12.60 after 12 weeks)
• Overtime available at time and 1/2

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday 1.45pm-9.45pm
• Friday 10.45am-15.45pm

Key Duties Include:

• Manual handling and moving stock (up to 20kg)
• Wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
• Monitoring machinery during operation
• Counting and quality-checking stock
• General production line tasks
• Completing paperwork
• Quality Control

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks

• Good numeracy and literacy for the paperwork
• Fast Paced work

Benefits & Requirements:

• Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
