The Best Connection are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a manufacturing client based in Aintree, Liverpool.

This is a hands-on role involving all aspects of the production process, including machine operation, picking, and packing. The machinery is older and niche, and full training will be provided across each machine and production zone.

This is an ongoing assignment for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.

Key duties include:

• Operating production machinery (full training provided)

• Working across different production zones

• Picking, packing, and general production tasks

• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

About you:

• Willing to learn and get stuck in

• Reliable, hardworking, and hands-on

• Comfortable working with machinery after training

• Looking for long-term, ongoing work

• Previous Production experience is beneficial

Hours: Monday- Thursday 08:30-16:30, Friday 08:30-15:00
