WE'RE HIRING: Production Operative

Location: Storrington

Hours: 7am - 4pm (5pm finish during peak periods)

Pay: 12.71 p/h, overtime at time and a half

Are you hands-on and safety-conscious? Join our growing team as a Production Operative and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly!

What You'll Do:

• Support the production line with machine operation
• Load/unload deliveries and manage stock in warehouse areas (heavy lifting involved)
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently, following site H&S procedures
• Carry out quality checks to maintain high production standards

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and time management
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude

Desirable:

• Experience with production machinery or basic mechanical knowledge
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
