Our client,a global leader in automotive manufacturing, are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team in Redditch. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.

Role Details:

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
• Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team

Weekly rotating shift Monday to Friday:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm
