Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and Maintain Machinery: Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of machinery used in food production.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Monitor Quality: Adjust settings and oversee machine performance to maintain high-quality production standards.
• Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with colleagues to meet production targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Machine Minder role or similar position in food production or manufacturing.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining workplace standards.
