**Role Overview:**
As a Production Operative, you'll be responsible for working on a Injection Moulding line machines, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining quality control standards. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, with mould shop background.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Hourly checks on Injection Moulding machines
- Unloading machines efficiently and safely
- Perform machine minding duties to ensure continuous production flow
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
**Shift Details:**
- Shift: **22:00 - 06:00, Monday to Friday
- Hourly Rate:** £13.72 per hour
- Full-Time Role:** After successful completion of a 12-week probationary period
- Overtime Rate Available after completing 37.5 hours per week
