Production Operative 

Location: Kineton (Must live locally or have your own transport – no public transport available)
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Are you an experienced Production Operative looking for a steady, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? Join our growing team in Kineton!

Your Role:

✅ Operate production machinery efficiently to manufacture high-quality products

✅ MUST be happy to mix Chemicals
✅ Pick, pack, and label goods with accuracy and attention to detail
✅ Learn and apply a strong understanding of materials and processes
✅ Assist with monthly stock audits and participate in team briefings

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
✔ Ability to work independently after training
✔ Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
✔ Basic numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
✔ Must drive or live within walking distance of Kineton
✔ Forklift experience? That’s a bonus! ?
