The Best Connection are recruiting for a Night Production Line Leader within the food industry, local to the Chichester area. You will be working in a chilled environment.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Ensure all products are packed to specifications
• Lead and manage team members to ensure standards are met
• Carry out machinery inspections
• Complete timesheets and other administrative duties within set timeframes
• Check and record staff performance and attendance
• Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor
• Complete further training as and when required
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and audit requirements

Who is the person:

• Previous experience in the food industry is essential
• Previous experience working within a chilled environment is desirable
• Able to lead a team, by communicating well, training and delegating tasks
• Able to update staff in group settings
• Excellent IT skills – Microsoft programs

Own transport would be preferred due to office location.

The working hours are Monday to Sunday, working a pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, 12 hour nights -  1800 - 0600

The annual salary is £32,121.
