IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to join our client's team in Thriplow. Ongoing work that may lead to a possible permanent position following a successful trial period. Monday to Friday 7.30am-5pm. Pay £16.00-£18.00 (DOE). The role will involve:

• Leading and supervising a production line team
• Producing potato, vegetable, and extruded snacks to company standards
• Ensuring production targets and schedules are met
• Maintaining communication between Low Care, High Care and Packing
• Monitoring equipment and reporting issues to the Production Manager
• Completing all required paperwork accurately
• Upholding hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
• Following "clean as you go" standards
• Wearing and enforcing correct PPE

Pay Rate:

• £16.00-£18.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
