The Best Connection are proud to be working alongside a well known retailer to recruit a number of Production Kitchen Stock Operatives.
We are seeking motivated Production Kitchen Stock Operatives to work in our clients faced paced environment on a temp to perm basis.
Responsibilities of the Production Kitchen Stock Operatives will include but not be limited to
- Weighing completed and wrapped sandwiches, salads, and hot food to go
- Temperature checking items with guidance from members of the kitchen and cheffing team
- Stock rotation within internal fridges (PPE will be provided)
- Moving stock and pushing cages around the production areas
- Counting and visually checking completed items and meals
- Portering products and stock to departments within the production areas
Requirements of the Production Kitchen Stock Operatives
- Ability to travel to the Knightsbridge area of London for 06:30
- Ability to work within a fast paced and busy team environment
- Must be willing to strictly follow food safety standards including wearing hair/beard nets and overcoats when in working area
Hours of work
- Will be a rota of 06:30-14:30 and 0830-1700 shifts, working in 5 in 7 days including regular weekend working
- This role will involve working with food products containing all ingredients including alcohol and prepared meat products
Rates of pay
- Will be £12.54 per hour rising to £14.80 after completion of 12 continuous weeks
