Production Operative & Rotating Shifts

Location: Oldham

Immediate Start Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We're hiring! The Best Connection Group & Oldham is currently recruiting Production Operatives for a trusted client based in Oldham. This role offers long-term work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Pay & Benefits:

• £14.04 per hour (rising to £14.49 after 12 weeks)
• Overtime available at - £21.06 per hour

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):

• Monday to Friday
• Week 1: 6 AM to 2 PM
• Week 2: 2 PM to 10 PM

Key Duties Include:

• Manual handling and moving stock (up to 20kg)
• Fast paced work
• Loading rolls of fabric onto a machine
• Cutting the material
• Packing, labelling and wrapping at the end of the line
• Monitoring machinery during operation
• Counting and quality-checking stock
• General production line tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Great attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks
• Positive attitude and team-focused

Benefits & Requirements:

• Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
