**FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY AT A GROWING COMPANY** Our client based in Worcester who are one of the most sophisticated 3D Printing companies in the world, are looking for a PRINT PROCESS TECHNICIAN to join their team on the early shift at their state of the art site on a TEMP TO PERM position.
Using 3D printing the company digitally manufacture parts for all kinds of industries, such as automotive, power generation, aerospace, nuclear and solar to name just a few.
**TRAINING ESTIMATED TO TAKE 6-9 MONTHS**
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
Required:
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Recording data and maintaining systems.
- The ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
- Committed to continuous improvement.
Desired:
- Working knowledge of SLS or DMLS 3D printing technology would be beneficial but not essential.
- Understanding of powder metallurgy.
- Manufacturing equipment maintenance experience (e.g., gravity fed systems and blenders).
- Interpreting metallurgical specifications.
- Good understanding of 3D printing technologies
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Prepare laser powder bed fusion machines for production in accordance with weekly schedule.
- Provide production support to AM technicians to enable consistent workflow and maintain product quality.
- Maintain best working practices outlined in SOP’s, adhering to site health and safety regulations.
- 5S and total preventative maintenance of equipment.

Hours & Shift:
- Monday to Friday 0700 - 1500 (During Training)
- Sunday - Wednesday 0600 - 1430 (Once Trained)
Pay:
- £13.00 per hour (During training)
- £17.37 per hour (Once trained)
