The Best Connection Birmingham are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestige client based in the Aston area of Birmingham. This is an exciting role, that allows the successful candidate to start immediately on a full time permanent contract. We are looking for a Press Setter, with good attention to detail, great work ethic and excellent time keeping!!

Responsibilities of the Press Setter

• Operating presses following company processes.
• Storing Equipment in correct locations.
• Component Checking using inspection equipment.
• Reading Technical Drawings
• Accurately Setting Presses using the correct speeds 

Duties & Requirements of the Press Setter

• Carry out assemble work that may be required
• Good numeracy skills.
• Ensuring all H&S is is followed accordingly
• Completing paperwork accurately, with a keen eye for details
• Conducting any training that has been requested by supervisor/manager
• Manage pressure effectively and having a flexible attitude to changes

Hours of work:

• Mon -Thu 07.00am - 16.00pm 
• Fri 07.00am - 12.00pm

Pay rate:

• £13.00ph £14.44ph depending on experience
