Temp to perm opportunity for an experienced Powder Coater to join a successful and growing company based in Lancing, West Sussex - available immediately!

The successful candidate will have proven powder coating experienced and the ability to work in a fast paced and physically demanding role.

We are recruiting for the night shift so applicants must have their own transport or live locally to the site. 

Duties:

• Perform powder coating on various surfaces and materials
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
• Operate power tools and equipment to apply powder coating evenly and efficiently
• Ensure proper curing of the powder coating by following manufacturer instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous powder coating experience and good knowledge of the process from start to finish
• Must be physically fit due to the job role
• Ability to be flexible with shifts 

Hours: Monday to Friday 4pm to 2am
