We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pottery Glaze Sprayer to begin working with our prestigious pottery manufacturing facility based on Stoke-on-Trent.

The Key Responsibilities of the Kiln Operative will be

• Glaze Application: Operating handheld spray guns or automated equipment to apply glaze evenly to bespoke ceramic pieces.
• Surface Preparation & Inspection: Meticulously inspecting raw pottery for defects, such as cracks or bumps, and cleaning surfaces before spraying.
• Equipment Maintenance: Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining spray guns, hoses, nozzles, and spray booths.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the glaze thickness, texture, and coverage meet strict company standards before pieces move to the kiln.

Hours of work will be 7.30am-3.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 6am-1.30pm on Friday.

Pay rate of £12.71ph.
