The Best Connection are currently recruiting Potato Graders for a busy farm in the TF11 area.

This is a seasonal position, ideal for candidates looking for flexible work throughout the harvest period.

Pay Rate

💷 £12.71 per hour

Working Hours

Hours will vary depending on business needs and the stage of the season:

• Initially, shifts are expected to be between 4 and 6 hours per day
• During peak season, shifts can increase to up to 12 hours per day
• Start and finish times will vary
• Candidates must be flexible and available to work weekends when required

Requirements

✅ Own transport is essential due to the rural location and varying start times

✅ Good reliability and attendance

✅ Ability to work in a physically active role

✅ Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors depending on weather conditions

✅ Flexible approach to working hours

Duties

• Sorting and grading potatoes
• Removing damaged or unsuitable produce
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining quality standards
• General farm and production support duties
