Pay Rates

• Day shifts (06:00 - 22:00): £12.99 - £13.30 per hour
• Night shifts (22:00 - 06:00): £15.58 - £15.89 per hour
• Performance-related bonus opportunities available

Available Shift Patterns

NEXT D1/D2

• Sunday to Tuesday / Sunday to Wednesday - 06:00-18:00
• Wednesday to Saturday / Thursday to Saturday - 06:00-18:00
• Monday to Friday - 05:30-13:45
• 4on 4off - 18:00-06:00

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Duties may include:

• Picking and preparing orders using voice-picking technology
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Using handheld scanners to manage stock movements
• Loading and unloading goods within the warehouse
• Moving products onto and off conveyor systems
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will:

• Be comfortable undertaking physically demanding work, including lifting and moving items up to 25kg
• Be confident working at height, including the use of warehouse equipment that can elevate operators up to 1.78 metres
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative
• Be focused on achieving productivity and quality targets
• Be flexible with work areas and duties throughout a shift
• Be willing to assist across different departments when needed
• Have good attention to detail and a positive attitude towards learning
