We are currently recruiting Pickers & Packers for a busy and growing operation in West Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team with long-term prospects and permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.

Pickers & Packers - Night-shift

Location: West Cumbria

Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour, increasing to £14.48 per hour

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Ongoing with the opportunity to secure a permanent position

Working Hours:

• Night-shift
• 5 days out of 7 (Sunday to Saturday rota)

The Role:

• Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
• Working towards daily targets
• Ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual individuals
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
