The Best Connection are recruiting a PA/ Administrator (Part Time) for our client based near Ripon. This is an immediate start and a permanent role for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- General admin duties, such as answering the phone, dealing with emails and liaising with the Managing Director
- Assist with events management
- Liaise with the Logistics Coordinator with regards to re-order processing and stock management
- Interact with customers
The candidate:
- Experience of using Microsoft packages, such as Word and Excel
- Very service focused as there will be a lot of interaction with clients and customers
- High attention to detail and be able to plan and organise effectively.
- 2 years previous experience in an office based administrative role
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am till 1pm
- 20 hours a week
- Some flexibility on work times available
Pay Rate:
- £12.00 - £15.00 per hour dependent on experience
