The Best Connection are recruiting Part-Time Parcel Sorters to join a world-leading logistics and distribution company based at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington.

Duties of a Part-Time Parcel Sorter:

• Sorting, scanning and labelling parcels
• Loading and unloading freight and parcels
• Quality checking shipments
• Updating shipment information using computer systems
• General warehouse duties
• Manual handling of parcels, with some items weighing up to 25kg

Requirements of a Part-Time Parcel Sorter:

To work in this airport-based role, applicants must

• Be willing to undergo a DBS check (funded by us)
• Provide a 5-year checkable work history for aviation security clearance
• Complete a fully funded Aviation Cargo Operative course
• Be reliable and committed to the shift pattern
• Be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
