The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator based in the Riverside Industrial Estate area for a well established company.
Responsibilities:
- Use of Sage software essential
- Deal with incoming telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Liaise with customers, deal with enquiries and other administrative duties
Key Skills/Competencies:
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Sage experience essential
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills (Sage, MS Word, Excel etc.) and the ability to learn new processes
- Good numeracy and literacy skills essential
Hours Of Work
- 9am-3pm, Monday, Thursday, Friday
- 3 days working per week
