Wet Spray Operative

We are looking for an experienced Wet Spray Operative to join our team on a short-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand wet spraying moisture-resistant MDF cabinets to a high-quality finish
• Sanding, cleaning, and masking prior to spraying
• Using water-based and A/C oil-based paints
• Paint mixing and maintaining clean spraying equipment
• Operating spray booth and oven
• Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hand wet spraying MDF cabinets
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual

Role Details:

• Hours: 39 hours per week, weekday shifts
• Duration: Approx. 4 weeks
• Start Date: 02/02/2026
• Pay Rate: £13-£14 per hour, depending on experience
