The Best Connection Birmingham are looking for a Paint Sprayer Supervisor for a UK leading manufacturing company based in Birmingham. The role is for a temporary to permanent position after a successful interview process. Working in a factory environment using spray guns. The ideal candidate would need to have a background in paint spraying/priming and also in a management position.

The role will include:

• Managing a team of paint sprayers
• Quality checking and maintaining standards
• Monitoring Department KPI Results
• Start of Shift Briefing and Organising Daily Tasks
• Ensuring all parts are prepared, jigged and cleaned prior to painting

The ideal candidate requires:

• Experience in paint spraying/priming
• Supervisor/Management experience
• Ability to act quickly and confident in decision making
• Ability to work under pressure

Hourly pay rate:

• £12.00ph-13.00ph

Hours of work:

• Monday-Thursday  07:30-16:30 
• Friday 07:30-12:30
