The Best Connection Staines are recruiting multiple experienced 3.5T Van Drivers for ongoing, long-term work based in Feltham, working on behalf of a leading healthcare pharmaceutical company.

This role is ideal for drivers looking for stable hours, consistent routes, and professional working conditions within the healthcare sector.

Pay, Hours & Start Time

• £12.31 per hour
• 9 hours paid per shift
• 08:00am start time
• Overtime after 45 hours paid at £18.46 per hour
• Ongoing work available, Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability may be required depending on demand

Role Details

• Delivery of pharmaceutical and medical products
• Multi-drop deliveries to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities
• Handling temperature-controlled and high-value goods
• Ensuring deliveries are completed securely, safely, and on time
• Completing delivery paperwork and electronic PODs accurately
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Maintaining a professional and compliant approach when dealing with healthcare staff
• Following strict security, hygiene, and compliance procedures

Driver Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (3.5T)
• 5 years fully checkable work history (mandatory)
• Clean or minimal points preferred
• DBS check - supplied by TBC
• CO (security) training - supplied by TBC
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
• Strong communication skills and professional manner

Location

• Based in Feltham, covering local and regional healthcare delivery routes
