The Best Connection are seeking to recruit HGV Class 2 (LGV C) drivers to work with our client in Darlington. These are temp to perm roles for a client who manufactures and delivers high quality kitchens.

The role:

• 2-man, home delivery white glove service - delivering to room of choice and sometimes in to flats 
• Involves heavy lifting of boxed product.
• Using a handheld scanning device as all products must be scanned and pictured at delivery point. Full training will be given on this. 
• This is a customer facing role, so you must be friendly and professional as you will be representing both the client and The Best Connection

The candidate:

• Full, clean LGV C (HGV Class 2) licence
• Ideally minimum of 1 year LGV C driving experience 
• Smart appearance with positive attitude to cistomer care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours of work:

• 50 hours (minimum) a week Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7 on a weekly rota.
• Varying start times from 4am due to delivery routes and locations.

Pay Rates:

• £14.09 per hour 
• £21.14 per hour after 50 hours
