The Best Connection are seeking to recruit HGV Class 2 (LGV C) Drivers to work with their client in Cramlington. Our client delivers paper based products supplies across the Northeast and are looking for support with their night shift trunk runs.

The role:

• You will be required to deliver paper based products across the Northeast
• Some loads will be fork-lifted off, but may involve handballing for some runs
• Experience is desired as this job role requires speedy, efficient and accurate delivery to customers at set times
• This is a customer facing role, so you must be friendly and professional as you will be representing both the Client and The Best Connection

The candidate:

• Must have a clean Class 2 UK driving licence
• Must have one year experience as a commercial driver in a Class 2 vehicle
• Smart appearance and positive attitude as the role is customer facing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours of work and pay:

• 18:00pm shift start time
• Monday to Friday
• 8 hour minimum
• £15.50 per hour for first 8 hours worked
• £23.25 per hour after first 8 hours worked
