Warehouse Co-Pack Operative

Location: Buckshaw Village, Chorley PR7

Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

🏢 About the Role

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client, specialising in tissue products, supplying major retailers and distributors.

This is a hands-on role involving repacking, relabelling, machine preparation, and product wrapping within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

📦 Key Responsibilities

• Repacking tissue products into customer-specific packaging
• Relabelling products accurately to meet retailer requirements
• Preparing and setting up wrapping and packing machinery
• Operating wrapping machines safely and efficiently
• Carrying out quality checks on finished goods
• Palletising and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the work area
• Following all company health & safety procedures

🔧 Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse, production, or co-pack experience preferred (but not essential)
• Experience working with packing or wrapping machinery advantageous
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work to production targets and deadlines
• Physically fit and able to lift and move stock
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
