Position: Packing Operative
Location: Burgess Hill
Contract Duration:  Until December 23rd
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Variable Shift Patterns Available)

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
Ensuring all products are handled with care and packaged to high standards.
Meeting daily and weekly packing targets.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch.
Shift patterns do require weekend work so please be aware this may be something your asked to do.

What We’re Looking For:

Attention to Detail: Ensure orders are packed correctly and to a high standard.
Team Player: Work efficiently in a team to meet targets and deadlines.
Good Time Management: Ability to manage your workload in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is beneficial, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
