Job Title: Warehouse Packer
Location: East Peckham, Tonbridge
Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week:

Choice of the below shifts:

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Type: Ongoing work leading to a full-time position.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking Packing operatives to join a well-established plastic injection moulding company based in East Peckham, Tonbridge.

Please be aware that this role is mainly static, and attention to detail is the top priority. Candidates seeking a fast-paced active role will not suit this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing hourly quality checks
• Ensuring products meet company standards
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Reporting any issues or defects to the supervisor
• Packing, sealing & labelling boxes, preparing them for distribution

• High attention to detail
• Ability to be stationary for long periods of time
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Previous production or factory experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
• Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site
