Job Title: Night Shift Order Picker (Chilled Environment)

Shift: Night Shift - 00:00 to 08:00

About the Role:

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Order Pickers to join our team in a chilled warehouse environment operating at approximately -5°C. This is a night shift role, ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in cold conditions and can maintain accuracy and efficiency during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking orders accurately using handheld scanners and headsets
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Ensuring all products are handled correctly and safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Following all health & safety procedures, especially in a chilled environment

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred (but not essential)
• Ability to work in a cold environment (-5°C)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts consistently

Pay Rate:

From 00:00 to 06:00 - £16.51 per hour
