Our client specialises in high end aftermarket motorcycle products, and they are looking to take on an order picker to oversee the shipping and fulfilment of orders. This role is temp to perm for the right candidate.

The Role

• Co-ordinating and controlling the fulfilment
• Stock administration functions of the business.
• Support all aspects of administration across the company to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work independently and methodically, but also be able to suggest efficiency and quality improvements.
• Assist with the management and maintenance of the system stock updates.
• Assist with quarterly stock takes and system updates as required.
• Assist with Stock replenishment and ordering from suppliers.
• Assist with ensuring stock deliveries are correct and any discrepancies are managed with the supplier.
• Reception (incoming calls/mail/parcels/visitors etc)
• Liaising with customers to ensure delivery expectations are met
• Process enquiries via email and phone clearly and in a timely manner
• Process any customer disputes in line with company policy
• Ensure the customer is at the heart of what we do!
• Build strong working relationships with the rest of the team, customers, and suppliers

Hours of work

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Rate of pay

£12.00 per hour, increasing when made permanent.
