**PERMANENT CONTRACT**

Join our client based in Hereford as an Operations Coordinator.

**Must have experience in a similar role**

Duties:

• Manage all UK based logistics
• Liaise with UK couriers and manage daily manifests and queries.
• Manage customer complaints and escalations.
• Collaborate with all teams to ensure a smooth operation of shipments

About you:

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Strong computer skills

Hours & Salary:

• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm
• £29K - £32K per annum (DOE)
