Responsibilities and Requirements of the Office Administrator
- Strong knowledge computer skills required (Microsoft office package and outlook)
- Good computer system experience/Fast Learner
- Previous phone experience liaising with customers
- Can work in an office environment as part of a team and have the ability to work independently
- Maintain customer database with accuracy
- Ensure the timely completion of customer orders and sales enquiries.
